Meet the Mind Behind the Mission

Conversations are like a map—they should take you somewhere. Sometimes, the bravest thing we can do is pause and ask for directions.

I hold safe space for people and professionals navigating moments that don’t come with instructions: identity shifts, leadership fatigue, relationship rupture, the quiet ache of feeling like you’re supposed to be fine—but you’re not. Throughout my over 10 years of experience I have noticed that “fine” is often an indicator of unexplored needs.

I’m a licensed therapist, clinical supervisor, and executive/HR consultant. My purpose in all roles lives at the intersection of growth, meaning, and sustainability. I support individuals, teams, and systems with care that’s thoughtful, grounded, and honest.

Because just having an experience doesn’t make you reflective—it just means you were there. What you choose to do with it is where the story starts to shift.
